Do any of you know how to use a search engine? Maybe try something like this "bing thai travel", first 2 results are from bing on yahoo.

I'm not sure what the above link was trying to prove... that Yahoo! is returning the bing website in a search for Bing? They've been doing that since long before the merger was even announced.

I did, however, read an email last week that was sent to some Yahoo! corporate users explaining that the switch-over to Bing powering all of Yahoo!'s organic results should be completed sometime in the September/October timeframe. I can't find the exact email right now but here is a post about it on Danny Sullivan's SearchEngineLand.com site.

As i know Yahoo and Bing are still separated from each other and each of them show results according to their own database and its easy to find it as search results are different for each of them in many cases. So Yahoo doesn't use Bing's database in it's system as both of them have spiders that crawl websites and index them separately.

I think, maybe Bing is being used as referral for Yahoo search.

this is happened with maximum search engine suppose a website on rank on google for any keyword on top than it does rank on other search engine. like yahoo or bing. as i am checking than bing and yahoo provide the different different result on search.

maybe bing is a turning point for yahoo. we should wait for a while to decide its value.
