Hey everybody, I wanted to say first, I am an on the fly student of all things SEO and appreciate all your help. I did not come straight to the forums as I wanted to get my hands dirty tryign to teach myself and learning stuff through research, but I cant seem to figure this out.

www.hcwlaw.com is the site. there is also a blog www.hcwlaw.com/blog
which also is not showing up on yahoo. The site has been authorized by yahoo for more than four months now, and the blog for 2.

yahoo site explorer will only index 5 of my pages. I have the y key in the root domain, no issue. I have index follow command for the robots. I am pretty certain i submitted to the yahoo directory correctly.

For about 2 days after I tried using robots to fix it, we had 9 pages.
My Robots txt file is open and allowing all search engines.
I recently figured out how to code the web config to do a site wide redirect of all naked urls to the www. - that was abotu 2 weeks ago.

Any advice would be great! I am on my own and have made some progress (the site wasnt ranked when i started, then 10million and its now under 900,000) but there are certain things I have no clue on.

does it take about 6-8months for yahoo to pick up?

I am fine with patience so long as I have done everything I can - so I can justify it to people in charge.

It might take six months might take a year or more.

It will happen when it happens and there isn't anything you can do about it. Even if every page on the website is indexed a site: search won't show it.
