Yes. Yahoo publisher is only for websites in the U.S. Infact, websites in the U.S. are expected to (but it doesn't say so in their terms) run some unknown script to keep international visitors from viewing the ads.
Today, Yahoo publisher shut my account down because of "international clicks". The CSR I talked to was completely unhelpful. He said it is implied in the terms of use contract that NO international users are to see the ads.
Completely F*(ked up! Has anyone else had this problem? Do they just do this to sites when they are getting enough money in the account that they will have to pay out?
I had hope for yahoo. They were getting better at getting rid of spam. But, now it appears that they are as shady as google adsense.
