I heard that yahoo publisher is only for USA Resident. Is that true. Because one of my firneds recieve yahoo publisher network e-mail to place a add on his website. but he is not a USA resident. He lives in Asia or in subcontinent areas. He is already using google ads. But can he use yahoo publisher ads also if he is not a USA citizen.

Yes. Yahoo publisher is only for websites in the U.S. Infact, websites in the U.S. are expected to (but it doesn't say so in their terms) run some unknown script to keep international visitors from viewing the ads.

Today, Yahoo publisher shut my account down because of "international clicks". The CSR I talked to was completely unhelpful. He said it is implied in the terms of use contract that NO international users are to see the ads.

Completely F*(ked up! Has anyone else had this problem? Do they just do this to sites when they are getting enough money in the account that they will have to pay out?

I had hope for yahoo. They were getting better at getting rid of spam. But, now it appears that they are as shady as google adsense.

But Why don`t they support out of USA ?what is the problem ?

The program is in Beta so currently it is available to the people of the U.S only but hopefully it will come out of beta soon and will be available to the rest of the world.

I think you can have both Google and Yahoo ads on the same website but on different pages and not on the same page.
