Yahoo! Publisher Network now allows payments via PayPal and the groovy thing is you only need a 50 dollar balance to receive payment via PayPal instead of the hundred required via check or direct deposit.
That seems like good news for US people. Unfortunately it is still not available to the international people, but atleast it looks as if they are now moving forward abit more rather than being in reverse gear.
