I have a web site that redirect from www.xxxx.com to xxxx.com/index.html yahoo is indexing my pages at xxxx.com, and my links at www.xxxx.com. I can not change the redirect, my host does this. My question is how I can make Yahoo see my pages as www.xxxx.com/whatever.html

How long has the redirect been in place? Has it always been there? If the redirect is new it might just take Yahoo some time to sort things out. It's not the kind of thing that happens in a day or two.

Another thought is your host hasn't set up the redirect correctly. Do you know how they set it up? Is there a reason why you can't do the redirects yourself?

Other than the home page of the site Yahoo looks like it indexes everything fine.

I think the bigger problem with the home page is all the spam text and links at the bottom of the page. Aside from it not inspiring trust in anyone visiting your site it's the kind of thing the search engines don't like either and could potentially cause your site problems.
